So I took a deep breath and then exhaled. Faythe screams and says, "There's a snake in the house!!" and runs into the other room. Alan goes to find out what is wrong and she said she was in danger because there was a snake. Alan says, "Would it make you feel better if you knew your mother made that noise?" So Faythe... comes to the most obvious conclusion..."YOU MEAN MOM'S A WERE-SNAKE????"

Ottawa Serious Fun

This video totally cracks me up! Love seeing a video about my hometown. I didn't realize at first that this is made by my choir director (Mr. Amm)'s son, Tyler. It explains this:

Find Your Band Name & Album Cover

This is going around Facebook right now and I finally decided to do it today. I don't know why but I just loved it so I had to share! I'll post the directions too in case anyone wants to do it as well!



To do this:

1 - Go to Wikipedia and hit "random"
or go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random
The first random wikipedia article you get is the name of your band.
2 - Go to Random Quotations
or go to http://www.quotationspage.com/random.php3
The last four or five words of the very last quote of the page is the title of your first album.
3 - Go to Flickr and click on "explore the last seven days"
or go to http://www.flickr.com/explore/interesting/7days
Third picture, no matter what it is, will be your album cover.
4 - Use Photoshop or similar to put it all together.
5 - Post it to Facebook with this text in the "caption" and tag the friends you want to join in.

Random Stuff

Wow I've sure had a lot of fun playing around with all these backgrounds! Lots of fun but hard to pick exactly what I want. I just love this site, Cutest Blog in the Block. They really have such great stuff!

Well the move went well and now we have my hubby's Dad living with us. I have to admit that the place looks more homey now adding his furniture. Plus it's been a good excuse for us to get rid of a lot of crap that we've been collecting through our 9 years together. His Dad's been cooking for us and cleaning the kitchen too so that sure has been nice. I asked him if he had a bell or something I could ring if I was hungy at 2 in the morning, ha! It hasn't been a week yet so we'll see how it goes but so far so good!
